Maggie’s previous experience as a ICU cardiac secretary makes her the key player in managing multiple honeybee shipments in transit. She keeps track of the ‘life cycle of the load’ and monitors the status, driver location, and efficiency of all parties involved to ensure a communicative, smooth and safe delivery. She is also an avid gardener and animal lover. Bees make the world go round and she enjoys knowing she has made an impact on it. Whether it’s on the front lines in the ICU, or behind the scenes logistically- Maggie specializes in maintaining calm in the face of chaos.
Scott is the Logistics Coordinator for Bee Hauling USA. He’s a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Eagle Scout, and US Army Veteran. While serving in the US Army as a Combat Engineer, ESSAYONS!, Battalion leadership recognized that his skill set would work well within the logistical field, and was made the Battalion Unit Movement Officer, being put in charge with mission to coordinate the movement of $2.5M Route Clearance equipment and 1000-soldier Engineer Battalion first across the United States, and then across the world in preparation for a deployment to Afghanistan. This created a seed for the interest in a future field in Logistics, a field that he would eventually pursue after his time in the Army came to a close.
