Silver - First Time Honeybee Hauler Program

Bee Hauling USA is the nationwide leader in training and introducing new drivers to the meaningful and specialized industry of honeybee hauling. Our comprehensive training program working hand in hand with beekeepers to help show these guys the ropes has put more honeybee haulers on the road. We train them on everything from correct loading techniques, timing their driving for safe deliveries and educate them on how daylight, weather, and road conditions affect colonies in transit. Make no mistake, these drivers might be green to honeybee hauling, but not trucking. In our 10+ years of experience, we've come to realize their eagerness to learn, lends itself to well trained and successful future honeybee haulers.

Who we WON’T use!

Our practices eliminate more than half of all U.S. truck drivers before we even talk about hauling bees. We reject carriers with the wrong temperament for honeybee hauling or have poor equipment

About Our Rates

Bee Hauling USA bases our rates on many factors. First and foremost, we strive to offer the best balance between quality and price. Since trucking rates nationwide change weekly, we work in a ‘spot market’. The ‘spot’ takes into account current fuel prices, the lane (origin to destination), ship dates (ex. are you shipping at the height of the season or outside of it?), truck availability and experience.

We also run our rates at a fixed price to the driver. Unless told to take a specific route, our quotes are based on the shortest miles to the destination. We find our competitors initially bait customers with a lower rate per mile, only to find out later on an invoice that the carrier inflated their overall mileage, requiring you to pay more at the end. At Bee Hauling USA, we will never switch up like that. We maintain transparency by listing both overall mileage and rate per mile clearly on your invoice. Your bees deserve the best treatment in transport and so do you.
